1 : Lineart 
2: Color the eye ( I started with a dark shade of color)
3: Add highlights ( must be near the dark shade of ur color)
4: Blend a secondary color
5: Add White Highlights
6: Add moon type highlight ( hope ur familiar with it)
7: Add the pupil
8: Add the white stuff and a inside shadow ( shadow- secondary color)
